WHAT IS CLINICAL PILATES?

Clinical Pilates combines the equipment and exercises of the Pilates method with the clinical knowledge of a physiotherapist to tailor exercises to a client’s specific injuries, needs and goals. It is a private, one-on-one and individualised approach to exercise.

Clinical Pilates is especially useful for:

  • pre and post-partum phases of life
  • neck and back pain
  • injury rehabilitation
  • arthritis
  • hypermobility
  • diastasis recti
  • lumbo-pelvic hip pain and some co-ordination disorders
